Stories We Become

Rehearsing Regenerative Futures Through Story

<aside>

This journey is an invitation to slow down and listen more closely—to the stories you carry, and the ones that move quietly through the world around you.

Across eight weeks, we move through a living cycle: from rooting in lived experience, to composting what no longer serves, to imagining and shaping new possibilities. Rather than treating story as something fixed or performative, we approach it as something relational—an ecology of meaning that is constantly evolving.

Along the way, we will work with memory, imagination, systems, and collective sense-making. We will hold space for complexity, for not knowing, and for the subtle shifts that often go unnoticed, yet change everything.

This is not a linear process, and it does not ask for perfect clarity. It asks for presence, curiosity, and a willingness to stay with what is unfolding.

Week 1 — Rooting

Story & Narrative: How Do We Make Sense of What We Have Lived?

Sunday, 3 May · 16:00-18:00 CET

We begin close to the ground, with what has been lived. Story reveals itself not as something we construct, but something we carry—through memory, through the body, through relationship. In listening more deeply, patterns begin to emerge, quietly shaping how we make meaning of the world.

Week 2 — Composting

How Do We Unlearn? Narrative Deconstruction and Systems Awareness

Sunday, 10 May · 16:00-18:00 CET

We turn toward the stories we’ve inherited. Some have nourished us. Others have kept us small. Together, we begin the gentle work of loosening their grip—tracing the systems they come from, and allowing what no longer serves to soften, to break down, to return to the soil.

Week 3 — Planting

Imagination as Method: How Do We Rehearse Alternative Futures?

Sunday, 17 May · 16:00-18:00 CET

From what has been released, something new can begin to stir. Imagination becomes a way of sensing beyond the visible—of reaching toward futures that are not yet here, but already asking for us. We experiment, we play, we follow small sparks of possibility.

Week 4 — Weaving

Interdependence and Relational Worlds: How Do Stories Shape Systems?
